4/1〜3のオリエンテーション終わり。
いよいよ、診療。 …といってももち患者ゼロ。上の先生についてまわる。
今日は特に、HIV治療中の患者6人と接触。いろいろ、勉強。
●今の気持ち
・外来の感覚、忘れている。修行せねば
・自分で責任をもつことって、大切。いままでもてなかったから、知識がだらだらと右から左に流れ落ちていたか
●調べておく
・COPDガイドライン
・ニューモバックスの有害事象

Congratulations on having one of the most sophisticated blogs Ive come across in some time!
