細菌： 溶連菌（10〜20）、クラミジア（>5）、淋菌（<1）、マイコプラズマ（５）、ジフテリア（<1）
●AZMには抗炎症作用がある
つかったら、炎症ひく。あたりまえ。けれど、抗生剤としてきいているのかはわからない
●Centor criteria
咳がない
前頚部LN腫脹 （有痛性、とあげるひとも）
扁桃炎
発熱
→０〜１ ： ちがうっぺ
２〜３ ： 培養・迅速施行
４ ： ABｘ！
●G-CSF
白血病を誘導する
●COPD
鬱になるもの！
●過活動性膀胱
寝る前の残尿 <50mlなら 睡眠薬で寝かせとけ（エコーにて、abc/2 の楕円体積計測で）
残尿あるなら、睡眠薬でぼーっとさせるところんじゃう
…老人。夜間頻尿はしょうがないとおもってはいるけれど、それを放置しておくと、そのうち転ぶ。それがADL低下→死に繋がる
●抗コリン薬
口腔内乾燥との戦い
●HIVと肺炎
AIDSでニューモシスチス
…間質性肺炎と間違えやすい
→ステロイドパルスされたりする！！！
→2回やられたら、まず、死ぬ
●高UA
2つのシステム
・排泄↓ …ユリノームで排泄亢進
・産生↑ …アロプリノールで産生低下
Uua/Ucrでわかる！
●HIVコントロール
virus <50 copyがよい （48週以内に持ち込まなければだめ）
そうならないのは…
・アドヒアランス（のむ時間が安定していることも重要。胃酸と混ぜないといけないから）
・のみ合わせ（PPIなどといっしょはだめ）

What are you saying, man? I know everyones got their own thoughts and opinions, but really? Listen, your website is cool. I like the effort you put into it, specially with the vids and the pics.
