◆今日の気持ち
（整形外科 3週目）
・関節鏡でのぞかせてもらった！ 傍からみているとわけがわからない関節内だったけれど自分で手を出すといろいろわかる。ACLを強く認識。
・糸結び…。今日は何度も切れてしまった。糸ごとに力の入れ具合を変え切れていない。力を入れて締める、のではなく、きちんと締める、べし。
・手術。清潔さなど、最後まで気合を抜かない…
・腰麻がうまくいかず…。脂肪があつくて痛がり、というのはあったけれど、もっとずばっといってもよかったのかも。厚いということはわかっていたのだから。道具を変えることも考えることも大切。
・つかれきっていることがわかる。今日は休もう。

・循環器診療スキルアップをよんでみた。シンプルで短時間でよめた
・タニケット。腕なら血圧＋100（または90）、足なら+200で締める。1時間半すぎたりしたら10分血を流す。またそのときに出血部位をチェックし止血。
・人工骨。再生能がないのが短所。

I do not know whether it's just me or if perhaps everybody else experiencing issues with your website. It appears as if some of the text in your content are running off the screen. Can someone else please comment and let me know if this is happening to them as well? This might be a problem with my web browser because I've had this happen before. Thanks
