（整形外科 4週目）
・ヘルニアopeで、脈打つ透ける硬膜の向こうに見える馬尾神経にちょっと感動。見えない中で作業していたものを実際に眼にできると、嬉しい
・脊椎の解剖は苦手…
・妊娠、閉経で手の疾患が増えるのは何故だろう…？
●目指す医師像
まずは、医者

・整形外科を味わいきる

・趾骨折
・交通外傷
・リウマチ悪化
・肩鎖関節脱臼
・Baker嚢胞
・手OA（大菱形骨近位＆遠位同時）
・ガングリオン？？（違和感あり）
●今日の病院滞在時間
9時〜当直
●今日行ったこと・見たこと・知ったこと
・外来見学
・椎間板ヘルニア根治術
・ガングリオン、違和感感じたらMRI。悪性であっても一回くらいの生検なら問題ないという論もあり。
・肩鎖関節脱臼。昔と違って今は基本は保存療法。
