◆今日の気持ち
（整形外科 3週目）
・「わからない」という状態でおいておくこと、ちょっと前はすごく嫌っていた。でも、それは正しいときもある、というのがわかってきた気がした
・久々にグラム染色するとホントに染まっているのか不安になるな…
・違う分野の知識はすぐ忘れるな…

・虚血性腸炎 再発
・肘内障自然整復？
・肋骨骨折？
・UTI
・高血圧緊急症
・鼻骨骨折
・頭部外傷、脳震盪

8時半〜当直
●今日行ったこと・見たこと・知ったこと
・後頭部の撮影はA-Pでは無理。タウンを。
・虚血性腸炎
腸が麻痺してまず嘔吐がでることも。
・肘内障治療
整復時、トウ骨頭に置く親指は乗せるだけ。はまる音を感じるだけ。押し込むわけではない
・グルコサミンとコンドロイチンのOAへの効果
動物実験では確かに効果ある。人体に使用しても、12週かかるが良くなる傾向はある。が、今の健康食品は純度など信用しにくいし、高価。一生のみ続けなければならないことも、問題。著明な効果もみられない、か？
・頚部X線。アライメント、椎間板の厚さ、AAD<3mm？、棘突起間、椎体前縁南部組織・C2-4<7mm・C6<22mm（血腫での気道狭窄をチェック）
