（外科 4ヶ月目）
・病気を見ていても患者を診ていない、とアドバイスをもらった。そうなのかなぁ。でも、主治医としての受け持ち患者はいないから治療の傍観者だし、集中して考え抜ききれないとも思うのだけれど…。経験が少ないから、資料に書いている治療方法に振り回されることが多いのは、確かだ。
・書いてないサマリーがたまっている…
・問診なし、検査前確率をイメージしないで治療法とか考えると、わけがわからなくなる…。放射線科とかじっくり腰をすえる時期も、つくるべきかもしれない。
●目指す医師像
総合内科医 問診を極めたい
西洋医学的には１〜２剤のみつかう医師
症状には漢方を使用する医師
●今日の新患・診断
・terminal LCの激烈な腹痛。37.1度だし炎症所見は軽度だけれど、SBPを疑う…。どうだろう…？
・肋骨骨折
・原因不明の体動時下腹部痛…
・感染性腸炎 …サルモネラ？？
・胸水貯留 ＋ 腎機能悪化 ＋ 脱水 …なにか？
・クローンの腹痛。穿孔？？
・乳癌ケモ

7時半〜当直

ー世の中の研修医はみんなそうです。でも君のように言われる研修医は少ないと思う。
経験が少ないから、資料に書いている治療方法に振り回されることが多いのは、確かだ。
ープライドだけ高いから自分をよく見せるために君はいつも言い訳を言っている。ように見えてしまうよ

What you said made a lot of sense. But, think about this, what if you added a little content? I mean, I dont want to tell you how to run your blog, but what if you added something to maybe get peoples attention? Just like a video or a picture or two to get people excited about what youve got to say. In my opinion, it would make your blog come to life a little bit.
