◆今日の気持ち
（外科 3ヶ月目）
・今日はなぜだかものすごく疲れた。そんなに疲れること多くなかった気がするのだけれどな。とっとと寝よう。
・読み途中だったすごく気に入っていた本が消えた。実家に忘れたのか電車に置き忘れたのか。見つけるすべがないので気持ちが悪い。
●目指す医師像
総合内科医 問診を極めたい
西洋医学的には１〜２剤のみつかう医師
症状には漢方を使用する医師
●今日の新患・診断
・横行結腸Ca ４型
・ウイルス性結膜炎
●今日の病院滞在時間
7時〜20時半
●今日行ったこと・見たこと・知ったこと
・右半結腸拡大摘出術
●今日うまくいかなかったこと・失敗
・手術、入室予定時間まで回診があって、急いでいかなきゃ、とはおもったけれど、他の処置をまずしないとだめ、とのことでのんびり手術室にむかった。…そうしたらすでに患者さんが入室していた。他の先生がそのやる必要があった処置をしてくれたとのこと。事前に物事の確率を計算して動くけれど、しばしば予想しすぎてすっぽぬける悪癖は、制御のすべを身につけないといけないのだよな…

Just right points?I'd be aware that as someone who actually doesn't write on blogs much (in reality, this can be my first publish), I don't suppose the time period 'lurker' could be very changing into to a non-posting reader. It's not your fault in the least , but most likely the blogosphere could get a hold of a better, non-creepy identify for the 90% of us that experience studying the content material .
