・小脳出血に合併したAMY高値（S優位）と腹痛 →胆嚢炎
…脳出血に胆石症が合併することはよくあることらしい
・胆嚢腺筋症

●今日うまくいかなかったこと・失敗
・手が動かないし勉強していないしつまんないから外科ではお荷物になっているなぁ。
・忙しすぎて、回診のあとまったくカルテに触れられなかった…
●今の気持ち・今後学びたいこと・気づいたこと
・半身不随の胸水 …肺梗塞の可能性も頭にとめておく
・外科的なこと、まったく勉強していないから馬鹿にされるな〜。あと、自分とリズムがあっていないな。好かれていないし、まあ、人に好かれるように動くのは苦手だし、まあ、しょうがないかな…。
・明日、胸腔穿刺やらせてもらおう。手を動かせるのは楽しい。外科、移動したばかりで手を動かせないから、ストレスたまっているみたいだな…。でも、内科に浮気しないでどっしり外科を修行するのが見のためなのかな。
・外科ではカルテはあんまり記入されていないなぁ。一人で書いていても仕方ないのかな…。担当じゃないからよくわからないし…。
