・DISH .. difuse inter hyperosteoporosis
・無菌性膿瘍 TB疑う
・infliximabにMTX重ねるのは
Crohn以外はやる
・アナフィラキシー抑える
・相互作用
・infliximabへの抗体の産生を抑える
・RAの評価のDAS
腫脹・疼痛・炎症反応・主観的痛み、で計算
VASは主観的な痛みだから、よく患者の性質で左右される
すでに壊れてしまっている、腫脹がでているひと、でも高く出る
腫脹＞疼痛、なひとがactive
・RAとOA
RAではびらんのみで骨硬化が見られない、のが鑑別点
・足のX線で…
大腿の太さ、骨皮質の厚さ、で、強いほうと弱い方、つまりどちらが痛いのか、がわかる
・ステロイドの精神症状
眼がランランとしてくるからすぐわかる
・RAの関節
腫れているときは軟らかい、腫れた後、関節包が厚くなっているとかたい
