◆今日の気持ち
（脳外科 4週目）
・opeの時間を勘違いして遅刻…
・糸結びをほめてもらえた
・今日も整形のopeにはいった。骨折のopeってなんか好き。なんでだろう？ 内科もできる整形外科医っていいかも…と思った今日。
・研修医。何がいちばんしんどいかというと、回らされている科で、役に立たないし近寄んなくていいよ、と扱われることなんだろうな。そんなことおおっぴらに口にすると能力の低い負け組みの遠吠え、とされるけれど、過労死勤務医の労災を認めないよな、理不尽なプレッシャーな気がする。

・大腿骨骨幹部骨折 髄内釘ope
・大腿骨骨折
釘刺して、体重の6分の1の重さで引っ張る。下肢ならゴムで巻いてひっぱればいいけれど。でも、夜の怪我なら翌朝整形外科医にお願いしてOK
