（脳外科 2週目）
・脳梗塞が続いて、脳外科のアドレナリンがたぎる
・呼吸器は弱いことを自覚…
・BCGは結核予防の役には立たない、ときいたことがあって、調べようとしたが文献見つからず…
・どんな医者を目指すのか。たいせつだけれど今それを追いかけていると上司との意味のない対立が出てしまう気がするので、思考停止をしてみることにする。
・クローン切り出し標本。マクロをじっくりみると、縦走潰瘍はすべて腸間膜側だった。頭に焼きついた！ 虚血性腸炎なら反対側に潰瘍
・包帯を巻く。基本だけれど難しいな。上の先生の手をあらためて盗まないと…

・クローン病穿孔の慢性膿瘍ope
・HBV感染
医療従事者の感染は、ほとんどは針刺し事故ではない。血液に直接触ってもいない。HBVは乾燥条件下で1週間生存しうるため、感染する。
HBVワクチン。免疫正常者なら接種後でも8年もすれば抗体は60%で検出されなくなるが、抵抗性は保たれる。HBVの潜伏期間は１〜６ヶ月だからブーストが間に合う。透析患者などは急速に抗体が落ちていくため繰り返しのワクチンが必要である…
・外傷対側脳出血
前方の外傷、には少ない。手が出るからか？
・脳梗塞
頭痛を訴えることもありうる。硬膜のせい
前頭葉の病変はわからないことも多い
t-PAは副作用なども多い。National Institutes of Health stroke scaleをしておく必要あり。本幹がやられているなら検討するが、そうではないなら不要
コレステロールは食事の影響受けにくい。TGは食事の影響を多く受ける。前日の夕飲食の影響も…

What you said made a lot of sense. But, think about this, what if you added a little content? I mean, I dont want to tell you how to run your blog, but what if you added something to maybe get peoples attention? Just like a video or a picture or two to get people excited about what youve got to say. In my opinion, it would make your blog come to life a little bit.
