・急ぐと見落としある…。行動を分解し、それにかかる時間を予測し順序を整理し、ということを日に数回する訓練しないと。

・ラパアッペ 麻酔・挿管＆助手！

・SSRI …躁転の危険がある。躁鬱病であれば、ゆっくり元気にしないと危険。押さえ込むつもりでえ３ヶ月くらいかけて、じっくり戻す。
・基本的な薬剤を身につけるべし。メモなりして持ち歩け…
・Wheeze。高調なのは、狭窄が強いから。
