●今日うまくいかなかったこと・失敗
・ope中に気持ち悪くなった。緊張しすぎ？ 飯を食べてから入るのは悪いか？
●今の気持ち・今後学びたいこと・気づいたこと
・麻酔、少しスムーズに行くようになったかな？ 見落としはあるけれど…
・外科は、一歩間違えるととても危険なことをする。だから、先輩の真似をまずして学ぶ？ 一番危険なポイントを捕らえようとする？ そして、研修医の余計な思考を好まない？
内科は比較的時間に余裕があることをやるから、広い思考を好む？ だから、ひたすら自力で調べることから始まる？ 研修医の余計な思考を好ましく思う？
・診断を当てようとすると外科的には起こられるけれど、でも、当てようとしなければ軽症を含めて、きっちりあてることはできない気がする。安全なのは、重症をきっちり見分けられるようになってから軽症を当てれるようになること。けれど、余計な検査をいかにしないか悩むことは、大切な研修だとも言われる。
…上の先生に怒られないようにするために、多めの検査をする研修医の話をよく聞く。あえて、検査をあまりしないで怒られる研修医のまま、がんばってみよう…
