・外科のカンファがうまくいかない…。体力不足で情報収集しきれなかった…
・IC、基礎疾患について上の先生の情報を理解しきれずにのぞんでしまった…

・外科の思考方法と内科の思考方法は少し違うところがあるみたい。内科では、全体像を一元論でまとめることをまず第一にした。problem listをまとめるとか、そういうことだ。けれど外科は、生命に関わる状態を乗り切るまで、にまずとても集中する。全体像をまとめるのは、そのあとだ。プレゼンの文法の違いに戸惑っていたけれど、その原因に気づいた気がする。頭の中を外科にしないと…
