・早期胃癌 幽門側切除術
・縫合
・標本からのリンパ節摘出・整理。
●今日うまくいかなかったこと・失敗
・縫合、丁寧に教えていただいた。けれどうまくいかない。看護師さんとかフォローしてくれた
●今の気持ち・今後学びたいこと・気づいたこと
・マットレスは深く縫うのに、ステイプラーは表面のみで死腔は無視していると思うのだが、どうなのだろう？ 次回質問。
・ひとのペースに追いつこうと焦っていてもいいことない。自分は自分のペースでしかできないと腹をくくって、しっかり動こう。
・自分の縫合を振り返っていて理解した。自分は両眼視ができないから、顔を近づけないと距離感、幅・深さが理解できない。きちんとした一般的な姿勢での作業は、できない。ハンデを持つ人間はハンデを持つ人間なりの体の使い方をしないといけない。まあいずれにせよ、ステレオな視線を使わなければいけない手技を身につけることは、今後もできないのだろうな。老眼になってピントをずらすことができなくなる遠くない未来には距離感という感覚は自分からは完全になくなっているのだと想像すると、嫌な気分になる。
・切り出した標本をじっくり指導をもらいながらじっくり触れた！ 触ってみなきゃつくづくわからない。対価としての雑用のレベルが未だわからないけれど、もっとずうずうしくいないと…
