9時到着。
14時〜16:30 ペースメーカー埋め込み手伝い
17時 町の医師から患者の受け入れ
18時 終了。歓迎会につれてってもらう
●本日行ったこと・みたもの
・ペースメーカー埋め込み手伝い
●今日うまくいかなかったこと・失敗
・Opeに遅刻する…。病院にいると、時間通りのものと時間がずれるものとがまぜこぜになっているから、カルテの動きに注目していれば患者さんといっしょに動けるだろう、とスタッフステーションで仕事をしていたら、気づいたらカルテが動いていた…。まあ、そもそも、手術が遅くなるわけがない（まあ、なるんだけれど）。たくさんのひとが関わるんだし。ぎりぎりまで仕事するのは、昔からの悪い癖だなあ。
●今日気づいたこと
●今の気持ち・今後学びたいこと
・頭を使う研修に集中したいなぁ、と思い始めた…。この一週間採血をやすんでみたけれど、やっぱり、限界まで体を動かしている気がする。
・町の医者からのたいへんな患者を受けるのは、いろいろかんじるところがある。気が引き締まる。

・患者受け入れ LC・HCC
