研修開始！＆オリエンテーション
今日から初期研修が、いよいよはじまった！
自分の学んでいることを振り返るために、このブログで、学んでいることと、次の日の目標をメモしていこうと思う。
●今日やったこと
・オリエンテーション
各部署の長がきて、新入社員たちに、どんな仕事をしているのか、10分で説明してくれた。今までの病院実習では医師の仕事しかみることができていなかったので、病院全体を見渡せたというのは有意義だった。機会をみて、いろいろな部署に勉強させてもらいにお邪魔させていただきたいと思った。
●明日やりたいこと
・いろいろ資料をもらったので、目を通す
・救急蘇生を習うので、復習しておく
●そのうちやりたいこと
・この病院ではエコーやレントゲンはすべて技師がやる。なので、それらを教えてもらいに行かないと、現場を想像できなくなるとのこと。自分の担当する患者さんなどなど機会を見てやらせてもらいにいかないといけない。
・採血をNsに教えてもらう。

Undeniably believe that which you stated. Your favorite reason seemed to be on the internet the simplest thing to be aware of. I say to you, I definitely get annoyed while people think about worries that they just dont know about.
